New for 2017! the "T" series ovens provide many additional benefits, now with a 7" HD touch screen an easy carteridge cleaning system, unlimited programme storage and multiple cooking modes such as "multi-level" and "just in time". The screen can be configured to display your most popular items, allowing them to be started with a single touch.


Compact Models as space is paramount in any commercial kitchen all these models are just 510mm wide whilst containing the same features and cooking modes as theirfull size equivalents. Available in three diferent configurations, these enable the smallest of kitchens to discover the benefits of combination oven cooking.


All models are supplied with an automatic washing system, hand shower and core probe as standard.
