RATIONAL Roasting & Baking pans are designed to prepare almost any classic pan dish, such as hash browns, torilla espanola, quiche, pancakes or small desserts such as tarte Tatin. The excellent heat conductivity ensures that the entire bottom will brown uniformly within a few minutes. Specially formed carrier sheets, which are available in both sizes, ensure easy and no slip handling.


Both the RATIONAL Roasting & Baking Trays and Pans feature a TriLax coating which offers superior non stick and browning on the product. TriLax is designed to reach temperatures up to 300°C without cracking making them extremely robust.
