The Thermapen pocket thermometers are designed for reliability & ease of use in the food & catering industry.

Clear Digital display with precise read out of temperature over the range of -50/+300 �C & a 1 �C resolution.
Casing is manufactured from high impact ABS plastic designed to cope with routine day to day food & catering applications.
Auto-power on/off facility turns the instrument on when the probe is in use & automatically off after 5 minutes, maximising battery life.
Rigid, pointed, stainless steel food penetration probe which conveniently folds back through 180 degrees into the side of the instrument when not in use.
Supplied with a detachable wrist strap, battery & instruction card.
Variety of colour codes, can be part of HACCP & due diligence procedures, being used for different food types, reducing the risk of cross-contamination.
