Atollspeed 300H "Easy" High Speed Cooking Oven - 13A Single-Phase

The 300H "Easy" from Atollspeed is ideal for cafes and smaller venues. This commercial high speed oven is configured to run on a UK 13A plug (plug not supplied), sporting the same combination impingement and microwave technology as higher power models but with the ability to run on a standard UK 13A plug (plug not supplied). Perfect for cooking a wide range of foods from Paninis and hot sandwiches to nachos and pizzas up to 20 times faster than in a regular convection oven. The microwave technology will accelerate the cooking process while the combination impingement provides a perfectly toasted finish to the product. The values of the microwave and impingement can be tailored to suit different food types and provide different levels of browning. The baking chamber has dimensions of W317 x D311mm making it suitable for heating a 12" pizza.
