The 400H commercial high speed oven from Atollspeed offers a larger baking chamber than the 300H models. employing the same combination impingement and microwave technology as all other Atollspeed ovens the 400H will deliver the same high quality results that you would expect. Ideal for cafes, snack bars, hotels, kiosks, bakeries and any commercial catering business that wants to deliver high quality snacks and small meals in super quick times. The intuitive, icon driven, touchscreen is easy to use and less experienced staff can be quickly trained to use the oven. The W450 x D350mm cooking chamber can easily accommodate a 12" pizza and is perfect for baguette sandwiches.
