Buffalo CC771 400mm Vacuum Packing Machine - A wide capacity, versatile vacuum bag sealer suitable for quickly and efficiently sealing food products in preparation for cooking, freezing or refrigeration in a commercial kitchen or restaurant.

The vacuum sealer features easy to use controls with 6 sealing modes and is ideal for preparing food products for sous vide cooking.

Please note, this machine is compatible with embossed vacuum pack bags of up to 400mm size only.

• Automatically switches over from vacuuming to sealing when no air is left in the bag.
