The Buffalo CD400 Heavy Duty Meat Mincer is a powerful commercial mincer featuring an easy to clean stainless steel hopper, a precision gear drive and an energy efficient fan-cooled motor, allowing it to grind large quantities of meat quickly and safely.

The mincer features a helpful reverse function for grinding coarse and fatty meats, and is supplied complete with 6mm and 8mm mincing discs as well as an adapter for sausage stuffing with three nozzles, making this a versatile addition to any professional kitchen.

This is okay for a test kitchen. After 2 weeks the weld has given way on the meat tray and the on off button is a bit temperamental. However given the price it is kind of what I expected.
