The Buffalo DM868 Portable Sous Vide is an ideal sous vide machine for professional caterers on the move. The Portable Buffalo Sous Vide can attach to most flat or rounded walled container to create a slow cooking water bath. The dishes produced from this machine will enhance your dishes, making them more flavoursome, succulent and healthy, increasing profits and adding value to the meals you serve.

The machine is fitted with precise temperature controls, functions with containers with a minimum depth of 200mm and has an alarm which detects low water levels. This unit is perfect for kitchens with limited space.
