Buffalo L310 Bain Marie With Tap (Without Pans)

The Buffalo L310 Bain Marie (With Tap, Without Pans) is ideal for safely displaying a wide range of cooked food such as breakfast products, vegetables, curries, chilli and more, using gentle wet heat to keep it at serving temperature without overcooking or drying out.

The bain marie is easy to use - simply fill the water compartment, set the unit's temperature using the control dial and switch on. It's easy to clean after service as well, thanks to the front mounted quick drain tap and wipe clean stainless steel surfaces.

Please note gastronorm pans and divider bars sold separately.
