Our Reply: Many thanks for your feedback. The goods were out for delivery and Uropa (trade division of Nisbets) strictly applied their restocking terms when cancellation was requested. We are working hard to convince Uropa to re-evaluate their policies regarding abortive delivery charges generally but with reference your order I understand our customer service people have been in touch.
