Buffalo CD965 10 Tray Dehydrator - An easy to use and versatile food dehydrator, suitable for reducing the water content in a wide range of food products including vegetables, meat and fruit.

The unit generates heat through a fan-assisted circular element, gently warming the food products, removing moisture to add texture and increase the shelf life. The dehydrator can also be used for creating beef jerky or even pot pourri!
