This compact, countertop blast chiller is ideal way to quickly and efficiently chill up to 8kg of food from +70½c to +3½c in just 90 minutes, and freezes up to 5kg of food from +70½c to -18½c in just 240 minutes.

This unit complies fully with food and hygiene regulations, whilst retaining all food quality and appearances. Featuring a self closing door with a removable gasket, this blast chiller is easy to clean and maintain through out use.
