This 4.2 litre rice steamer delivers perfectly cooked, deliciously fluffy rice every time, creating approximately 42 250ml servings per load and keeping it at the perfect serving temperature with it's built-in keep warm function.

It works, instructions are basic, the measure cup supplied is not the same as pictured or covered in instructions (e.g. add 1 cup - 480ml - of rice, but the cup is tiny and can only hold 180ml, :D ) Our Reply: Thank you for your feedback on this product.

Our Reply: We’re sorry that there was a problem with the fryer and understand that you wanted a replacement. We acknowledge that it was unlikely that the failure was due to it being used outside - but as with many fryers, the manufacturer’s warranty terms explicitly exclude this. Subsequently as this had occurred, and because the fryer was purchased with a back to base warranty, and that the fryer is sold as light duty only- they required the item to be returned to them so that they could inspect and assess prior to repair or replacement. We’ve taken on board your comments, we will review where we can improve and thank you sincerely for your feedback.

The product is excellent but I will not buy from Caterkwik again since the customer service is terrible.
