The Buffalo CT253 6 Burner Oven Range With Castors is a powerful and durable gas range featuring sixe 4.3kW burners and a high capacity 7.1kW oven capable of holding up to five 2/1 gastronorm size trays. The oven features a stylish stainless steel body, heavy duty cast iron pan supports, lockable castors for mobility and a simple push-button piezo oven ignition.

PRODUCT FEATURES:

• Temperature range from 100°C to 250°C.
• Rapid heat up time - 6 minutes to 210°C.
• 6 x 4.3kW hob burners (manual ignition).
• 7.1kW oven burner (piezo ignition).
• 5 adjustable shelf positions with 2 shelves supplied.
• Individual door catches to help retain heat.
• Sturdy, lockable castors for easy positioning.

PLEASE NOTE: This oven is configured for natural gas as standard, but can also be converted for LPG by a qualified gas engineer (conversion kit included).

IMPORTANT: The oven must be installed and commissioned by a Gas Safe Engineer. Unit is unsuitable for installation in mobile units including catering vans or food trucks. We can offer site surveys and installation - please call for details.
