The E9881 80 litre electric bratt pan is ideal for any kitchen looking to produce bulk quantities of food. This model boasts an integrated water faucet for ease of filling and cleaning, 304 grade stainless steel with duplex steel pan base for addded longevity and manual tilting for precise decanting of food. The counter-balanced lid enables incremental opening, which helps retain heat in the pan whilst monitoring cooking progress.

The hob is constructed from 2mm 304 grade stainless steel and laser cut with right angled edges to allow the joining of units with virtually no gaps via teh Dynamic Link System (DLS)*.
