The Giorik Easyair ECE102S 10 Deck Electric Combination Oven is a medium use oven ideal for smaller operators who want a compact sized combination oven with simple analogue controls. This Giorik combination oven offers four modes of cooking and is ideal for use in schools, pubs, nursing homes and more.

PRODUCT FEATURES:

• Durable and easy to clean stainless steel construction.
• Easy to use analogue controls.
• Adjustable temperature range from 50° to 270°C.
• 4 cooking modes: cook with hot air only, hot air with adjustable humidity (ideal for baking), steam only or combination cooking steam with hot air.
• 2 speed cooking fan fitted with automatic fan reverser - gives even cooking results - no need to turn pan around.
• Can be supplied with optional core cooking probe.
• Interior of oven has radiused corners and removable oven racks for easy cleaning.
• Fitted with adjustable humidity controls - ideal for baking.
• Fitted with timer 0 - 120 minutes or continuous setting.
