This EGiCE is Apw Wyott's offering for a heavy duty electric griddle, featuring a high quality, durable stainless steel construction, electronic snap action controls, welded stainless and aluminized steel construction and 4” adjustable legs, with a continuously welded griddle plate. Single phase is standard; field convertible to three phase.

PRODUCT FEATURES:
• Unique heating system - Special heating elements that transfer heat energy to griddle surface more efficiently than traditional models.
• Fast start-up to cooking temperatures (reaches 170°C/350°F degrees in 11 minutes).
• Provides fast recovery with heat levels reaching 230°C/450°F degrees.
• Bull-nose front extension protects employees from burns.
• Maintenance is easier with bottom-mount grease collection pan.
• Stainless steel construction.
• 4” (10cm) adjustable legs.
• 12” cooking section for zone control.
• 1” flat polished steel griddle plate.
