The depth is reduced by 120mm but still keeps its 600 litre capacity and 2/1 Gastronom format by widening the fridge to 820mm.The unit also benefits from being lower by 100mm due to the bottom mounted refrigeration system making it suitable for sites where height is an issue. As with other bottom mounted models it is a good choice for high ambient, humid kitchens.
