Renowned for their signature 6 burner oven the Falcon Dominator Plus G3101, having won the Chef's Choice Award for the past four years on the trot (2013-2016), the G3101 is the improved version of the UK's Best Selling G2101. Featuring a semi-sealed, pressed stainless steel hob which can be removed and cleaned easily. Each individual cast iron pan support can be removed and are dishwasher safe, with highly efficient 5.3kW burners that heat up quickly meaning reduced waiting times and faster cooking. The G3101 has a vitreous enameled oven chamber making it easy to keep clean, the oven itself is 2/1GN compatible designed for 5 shelf cooking with two shelves supplied.

Difficult to clean. Spillage is going to be a problem and get worse in a short space of time.
Our Reply: With regards to the comments on the G3101 itself,  I passed on the comments to Falcon themselves and they have sent over some helpful information on how to keep the unit clean and some of the features this oven has over some of its competitors I will forward this information on to you.
