The convection oven FC 280 is an electric oven with a capacity of 28L. This oven is meant for cooking or reheating viennoiseries (croissants, chocolate buns, brioches…),pastries (tarts, cookies...), ready made dishes (lasagne, baked potatoes), fresh, frozen or pre-raised savouries, (puff pastries, pizza, quiche).


• Fan assisted armoured heating element ensures quick temperature raising up to +250 Celsius in 7 minutes.
• 3 x shelf 355 x 260mm (2 wire racks and 1 baking tray).
• 120 minute timer & 250°C thermostat power on light.
• Supplied with 2 cooking racks & 1 pastry tray.
