Suited for the preparation of salads, sandwiches and other assorted fresh food, this Polar refrigerated countertop unit allows for up to eight ½ gastronorm pans. A continual evaporator is provided to maintain efficient long-term cooling, whilst an accessible temperature control unit maintains precise cooling as befits your products. To allow visible accessibility from the customer whilst upholding your food hygiene, a full glass sneeze screen is built into the countertop.

Models of varying sizes available, gastronorm pans sold separately.
