The GAM G range of pizza ovens are manufactured from a single block version with 1 chamber and on demand in the modular and stackable versions. GAM use special materials to ensure high insulation capacity determine an optimal thermal efficiency and therefore low energy consumption.
The baking chamber is made from aluminium steel & the internal chamber uses a certified refractory stone plate for food baking.
