This OXO Good Grips ricer is ideal for potatoes, but also great for parsnips, carrots, gnocchi and more. With a total of three settings for different tasks, this utensil is also effective at pressing water out of cooked greens (when used on the medium setting) and pressing tomatoes or creating chunky apple sauce (when used on the coarse setting). Comes apart for easy cleaning, and features a useful hook at the end, which allows you to balance the ricer on the edge of a pan, with the potatoes falling safely inside.
