Excalibur's dehydrator is suitable for the demands of commercial kitchens and is simple to clean.

Equipped with an adjustable thermostat ranging from 95F to 155F.
The temperature range is low enough to preserve active enzymes in fruits and vegetables but high enough to meet safety standards for dehydrating meat for jerky.
