Falcon Xpress JET514-UF High Speed Oven - 13A Single-Phase

Falcon's Xpress range of high speed ovens combine convection cooking with microwave cooking, delivering perfect results in a fraction of the time taken with conventional ovens. What makes the JET models different from the rest of Falcon's Xpress range is the lack of impingement. This resulting change means the oven heats products in a gentler manner, making them the perfect choice for delicate pastry items and cakes. As well as delivering impressive convection performance, the JET can also be used as a microwave oven, for super quick and simple heating or re-heating of foods.

Powering the Xpress JET is a 2.7kW Convection oven capable of temperatures between 95°– 250°C, and a 1.4kW Microwave function. Controlling the oven itself couldn't be simpler thanks to a bright and colourful LCD display paired with an ergonomic touchpad interface. Inside the oven sit 2 cooking rack positions, one of which is removable, for extra versatility to cook whatever's on demand. All housed in a sleek and stylish stainless steel body.
