The GAM KING9 is the only pizza oven in the world that bakes with
IWOS (Italian Wood Oven Substitute) which creates
delicious wood fire tasting pizza in minutes.
IWOS - this system recreates with very good approximation both the
flow of air in a wood fired baking oven and its results. The baking chamber is hollow, the heated air flows inside the cavity and is pushed upwards by heating elements and channelled back into the baking chamber from above directly onto the product.
Thus the KING series can create the delicious flavours from a wood fire oven with its
amazing innovation recovering heat through the circulation of air. This is done without any of the problems associated with a traditional wood fired oven such as: cleaning & ash disposal, supply of fire wood, hygiene, ventilation issues, labour staff costs, high start up costs, authorisations, space & storage & suit reducer.
Due to the technology of using
static relays together with this state of the art software installed in the microchip on the electronic boards, it is now possible to
customise the baking with versatility and easiness in use, distributing proportional energy absorption from the expected work of the load in the chamber.
