Metcalfe NA10 10lb Belt Driven Bench Potato Peeler - Constructed from non-corrosive aluminium alloy castings, with the spindle housing & chute cast integrally, eliminating possible leakage.

PRODUCT FEATURES:
• The PATENTED guarded discharge chute protects the user by preventing hand access through the door aperture whilst the machine is working.
• LUBRICATION: There are no oiling or greasing points & no lubrication is required. All bearings are grease packed & permanently sealed.
• ROTOR PLATE: Coated on both sides - fine on one side for new potatoes & coarse on the other.
• The peeling chamber has cast-in abrasive serrations which removes the need for abrasive coating - this reduces potato loss.
• CLEANING: Top casting is removable without tools for easy cleaning.
• WASTE DISPOSAL ADAPTOR: Dispenses with the need for interceptors so the waste pipe can be connected directly to the drain. The adaptor provides an additional water supply to the waste outlet to flush away the sludge. Water Bylaws Scheme - Approved product when connected to a water header tank.
• V-belt driven for noiseless transmission, with provision for belt tensioning if required.
• Inside wall of peeling chamber has pantented cast-in abrasive serrations which dispenses with the need for abrasive coating. Consequently there is less potato loss during both peeling & boiling & the efficiency of the serrations will last the life of the machine.
• WATER INLET: Hose union with nozzle & provision for fitting on either side.
• WATER OUTLET: Tapped 1 ½ inch BSP ready for waste pipe to be connected. Provision for fitting on either side.
• EXTERNAL INTERCEPTOR: With tank & basket, a sink basket only or a length of waste pipe with elbow & coupling, if required.
• Approximately 6 minutes per full load!
