The Midi 7000 is designed for the large restaurants, conference centres, stadia & kitchens serving 200 - 400 guests, & offers many of our clients peace of mind for unexpected rushes!
Processing up to 7000 pieces of cutlery in an hour, all shined & polished to perfection, the machine easily keeps up with an under counter or hood style dishwasher & is floor standing offering users an ideal standing operational position.
Like all our machines the Midi 7000 is fitted with an anti-bacteria UV lighting system & patented circular tank coated in a food-grade abrasion-proof rubber; this makes for whisper quiet operation & protects your cutlery from scratching.
