The Falcon Lainox NAGB071 gas combi oven features a 10" full colour touch screen that is straightforward and simple to use. With the ability to configure it to suit your kitchens requirements. Most popular menu items can be placed on the home screen so they can be started with a single touch. Multilevel cooking enables menu items with different cooking times to be cooked at the same temperature, with the ovens intelligence able to identify other saved recipes that can also be cooked under these conditions.
