Falcons Lainox combination ovens feature a full colour display which is fully customisable, you can select popular recipes and save them to the home screen so they require one touch to operate. This combi has a capacity of 20 X 1/1 GN trays with 70mm between shelves, the unit is also supplied with an automatic washing system, an inbuilt retractable hand shower and detergent, making it easy to keep the oven chamber in optimum condition.
