Brand new for 2019! Following the success of the Phoenix PHER01 6-Zone Induction Range, Lincat present the Phoenix PHER02 4-Zone Induction Range. This is a fantastic solution for smaller kitchens and it is the only 4-zone induction range currently available with a width of 600mm. Featuring 4x 1.85kW zones with the ability to boost the front two zones to 3kW for up to ten minutes when the back two are not in use. The hob surface is constructed from easy to clean 6mm thick, high impact resistant glass ceramic with a highly insulated 3x 1/1 gastronorm capacity oven beneath. The PHER02 features a pan detection system that will cut the power when no pan is present, this adds to what is already a very energy efficient oven range. The unit is available in either 3-phase or single-phase and is supplied with a 2 year parts & labour warranty.
