Bottene PM80 - Pasta Maker

Ideal for restaurants who make large quantities of their own pasta, the Bottene PM 80 pasta maker allows you to make a huge range of pasta shapes from any type of flour, including durum wheat, soft and whole wheat. Incredibly hard wearing and easy to use, the machine can make up to 17kg of pasta per hour - even coloured pasta or pasta made without eggs.

PRODUCT FEATURES:
• Made with top quality components: tank, auger and mixer are in stainless steel.
• Auger and mixer are easy to remove for cleaning.
• The only maintenance required is normal cleaning operations advisable after each working session.
• With 4 standard plates, an automatic short pasta cutter, wheel carriage complete with fan, pasta holding basket, cleaning accessories, keys, liquid dosers and instruction manual.
• Built to EC standards.
