The Mercatus Q3-500 is an inovative fish cabinet, with both half door cabinet refrigeration and refrigerated draws you have an ideal unit to fit your every need.
In the top half of the unit you have 2 1/1 gastronorm shelves (a 1/1 pan can also fit underneath also). Below this you have 3 draws which have a clever drainage system which has been made so that excess water can run off without dripping into lower draws. Both the supports and the draws are easily removeable for cleaning and the whole of the interior can be easily washed down as there are no exposed electricals. The drain is built into the bottom of the unit to also aid cleaning and run off.
