The Lainox SAPIENS SAEB101R electric combination oven has an easy to use manual control system that allows the user to choose between the three cooking modes - convection, steam and a combination of both. With storage for up to 99 recipes and a 2.4" LCD colour screen making it easy to see which recipes you are calling up on the system. Boasting a 10x 1/1GN tray capacity with 70mm between shelves. The unit is supplied with an automatic washing system and an inbuilt, retractable hand shower, making it easier to keep the oven chamber in peak working condition. Calout oven protection system ensures the boiler is kept free from limescale, enabling performance to be maintained for longer. The unit is supplied with a multi-point core temperature probe with various stand options and stacking of a 7 deck on top of this unit also available.
