The Falcon Lainox SAEB201R electric combination oven provides easy to use, precise manual controls that allow the user to choose between the three cooking functions of combi ovens; convection, steam and a combination of both. With space for 99 recipes and a 2.4" LCD colour screen making it clear and easy to call up saved recipes, washing programmes etc. Boasting a capacity of 20x 1/1GN trays, with 63mm between shelves. The unit is supplied with an automatic washing system and an inbuilt retractable hand shower to keep your oven chamber in perfect working condition for longer. Ideally suited to establishments catering for large banquets and functions, supplied with a multi-point core probe.
