The Lainox SAGB071R gas combination oven has easy to use manual controls that allow the user to choose between the three cooking modes of combination ovens, convection, steam or combination of both. With storage for 99 recipes, washing programs, settings etc. The SAGB071R combi oven has a capacity of 7x 1/1GN trays, with 70mm between shelves. The unit is supplied with an automatic washing system and an inbuilt, retractable hand shower enabling you to keep the oven chamber in peak working condition.
